Study On The Parameter Equation Of Involute Rack Tooth Profile

本文通过对齿轮齿条的啮合原理和包络原理的分析,对齿条的加工原理进行了研究,并基于包络法,对渐开线齿条齿廓方程进行了推导。参数方程表明,渐开线齿条的齿廓为一条线段,齿廓的斜率和长度与刀具齿轮的参数相关。

Through analysis of the theory of rack-and-pinion engagement and envelope principle,the paper is written to study the processing principle of rack and deduce in envelope method the parameter equation of involute rack tooth profile.The equation shows that the tooth profile of involute rack is a line segment with the slope and length of the tooth profile having something to do with the parameters of the gear.
