网络环境下,图书用户需求无论从广度还是深度都有较大的变化,馆藏资源的数字化,服务手段的自动化,网上信息有序化,要求图书馆要充分了解用户需求,提供富有针对性、新颖性、系统性的信息。因此,高校图书馆不但要保持传统服务,还要实现由传统服务向网络服务环境的转变。

Whether the coverage or depth of library users in network circumstance has changed from that in the past because of digitalisation of library resources,automation of services and ordering of network information. To meet the new need of the users the libraries shall accordingly provide them with new,related and systematic information.The libraries of colleges and universities shall not only maintain the conditional services but also realize the transformation from traditional to network services.
