摘要
结合多年来水利工程质量监督过程中质量事故的处理经验,提出了工程质量事故处理的基本程序及原则。
In the light of many years’ experiences in quality supervision the writer of the paper has put forward the basic procedures and principles of quality accident settlements in water projects.
