By analyzing the present situations the author of the paper has concluded the development potential of rural power market as following.On the first hand the general consumption level of rural power is to be promoted,on the other hand the household appliances are increasing rapidly in the rural areas,and the last the private business will become the biggest power consumers in those areas.In light of the above the author has put forward some management measures.
