当前我国农村五保供养制度的存在问题及对策分析

五保供养工作是农村社会福利体系的一个重要组成部分。本文分析了农村税费改革之后,农村五保供养工作存在的一些问题,如供养水平偏低,供养经费难以落实等等,并提出了相应的对策,旨在对当前的农村五保供养制度进行改革和创新,达到真正保障农村五保群众的基本生活。

Five-guarantee supporting is an important component of the social welfare system of the country. Now in some of the country’s rural areas some unexpected problems related to the five-guarantee have arisen as a result of the country’s tax reform,such as shortage of supporting fee and lower supporting standard.The paper is thus written to analyze the reasons of the said problems and has put forward some constructive ideas on how to improve the guarantee system effectively so as to essentially guarantee the basic living standard of the masses who enjoy the five guarantees.
