摘要
高职院校核心竞争力的形成在于高质量人才的培养,高质量人才的培养关键在于高素质的教师,提高高职院校师资队伍职业能力迫在眉睫。本文就构建动态激励机制,密切产学合作,提高教师的专业实践能力,加强现有师资培训,要求教师参加注册培养工程师培训考试,培养双师型和双师素质型教师,大力开展课程建设和教学研究等方面阐述土建专业教师职业能力成长的途径。
The core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges comes from talent cultivation,but highly - qualified talent cultivation depends on highly - qualified teachers.Thus it is imperative to promote vocational aptitude of higher vocational college teachers.The paper expatiates on such approaches to the development of college teachers’ vocational aptitude as setting up a dynamic incentive mechanism,strengthening learning - producing integration,enhancing the teachers’ practice ability,giving more training chances,demanding the teacher to take part in tests for registered engineers,cultivating Double -Professionally -Titled Teachers,course building and teaching research.
