工程造价咨询过程是一项系统工程,对全过程造价咨询服务的评价应当用系统分析的方法来处理。在全过程造价咨询服务过程的系统中,虽然资质情况、技术装备等可以提供定量的分析数据,而对诸如咨询人员素质、企业信誉、咨询成果等判定则是一些较模糊的概念,因而,要进行全面分析,必须把这些定性的东西定量化,采用模糊数学方法——综合评判法,能够较好地综合反映全过程造价咨询的实际情况,而且还能发现某些工作的薄弱环节,具有较强的科学性和实用性。

Engineering cost consulting course is a systematical task.The appraisal of consulting service of the whole course should be dealt with systematical analysis.In the consulting service systematical course,though quantitative analysis about enterprise qualifications and technical equipment can be provided,only dim conceptions about personnel quality,enterprise credit and judgment of consulting results can be produced.In order to get complete analysis these qualitative analyses must be converted into quantitative ones.The use of Fuzzy Mathematics Method,a comprehensive judgment method,can best reflect die true results of the whole course,and some weak work can be found.Thus it is scientific and practical.
