目前我国很多高职院校都在探索和实践适合自己的人才培养方式,并为此进行基于工作过程的课程改革。如何激励教师,使他们能以饱满的工作热情和斗志将自身的创造能力发挥得淋漓尽致是保证课程改革顺利进行并取得圆满成功的重要保证。

At present many colleges are studying and practicing talent cultivation modes of their own and making curriculum reform based on work process.Whether the reform can run smoothly and the success of it can be guaranteed depends on how the teachers are inspired to work with full enthusiasm and their talent is developed completely.
