建设高效的教学团队,对于教师的专业发展和人才培养质量的提高具有十分重要的作用。本研究根据人才培养方案,分析专业教师现状,制定师资队伍建设规划,按照专业带头人、专业骨干教师和青年专业教师3个梯队,采取多方法(培训、进修、下企业、生产实践)、多渠道(高校、企业、事业单位)进行有计划的实施,逐步组建成1支"双师型""专兼结合"高质量的教师队伍,构建教学和生产服务2个团队,形成专业负责人、骨干教师、青年专业教师3个梯队,打造出1支"123"优质复合型的省级名师团队,突显出教学团队特色和示范作用。

Construction of an efficient teaching group is important both for individual teacher’ s development and for talent-training quality.Based on talent training plan the paper analyzes the status quo of professional teaching group,works out teaching group developing plans and implements the plans gradually by three routes,namely construction of leading teachers,mainstays and young teachers,by various approaches such as training,advanced studying,going to business and participating in producing practice to form a compound,highly-qualified teaching group.
