摘要
不少不法工商业者在食品生产过程中用于脱色和消毒时,使用工业级双氧水,这会威胁到人体健康。本文分析工业双氧水和食品级双氧水的生产工艺及它们之中的杂质含量的差异。根据它们之间的主要差异而找到鉴别食品中双氧水的级别的思路。
Many illegal businessmen use industry - specific hydrogen peroxide for bleaching and disinfection in food production process threatening human health.This paper analyzes differences of production technology between the industrial hydrogen peroxide and food grade hydrogen peroxide,and differences of their impurity contents of the two.We can find out the levels of hydrogen peroxide in food according to the main difference between them.
