随着经济增长,我国生态环境问题日趋严重,环境犯罪现象日益突出。本文分析了当前我国环境犯罪的刑法规制方面的不足,为实现我国社会经济的可持续发展,一定要树立预防与保护的立法理念,加大对环境犯罪者的制裁力度,扩大对危害环境行为追究刑事责任的范围,只有这样,环境保护和经济发展才能共同促进、共同发展。

With the economic development,environmental crime in our country is becoming increasingly serious affecting health of our echo-environment.In view of the deficiencies of systems of preventing environmental crime in our country,the paper emphasizes the importance of preventing crimes and protecting environment to keep economic sustainable development.It is necessary to strengthen punishment of environmental criminals,thoroughly investigate the scope of criminal responsibility.Only in this way can environmental protection and economy development must establish the prevention and protection legislation idea,increase environment be secured.
