On Construction of Professional Efficiency Standards of College Teachers

本文就高职水利水电建筑工程专业教师的职业能力问题,从系统工程角度提出了专业教师职业能力标准构建的理念及不同层次专业能力标准,供同行借鉴。

The paper systematically puts forward concepts of the standard construction of college teachers’ professional efficiency with regard to water resources and hydropower construction specialty and standards construction of different levels in order to provide references for the same trade.
