摘要
《中华人民共和国招标投标法实施条例》于2012年2月1日起正式实施,它的实施是我国招投标史上的又一里程碑。对于弥补招标投标法律法规体系的漏洞、完善程序规则、细化条件标准、平衡各方利益具有重要意义。在腐败现象高发的工程建设领域,该条例对招标投标活动的规范化具有可操作性。
The implementation of the bidding law regulations of PRC has been implemented since Feb,1st of 2012,which will be a milestone for the Standardization in bidding activities in China.The regulation will play a very important role in following aspects:remedy of legal loopholes,perfecting the legal rules,legal refinement and balancing profit of partners.It will promote maneuverability of standardization of bidding activities in the field of construction where corruption is frequently born.
