University Archives include such valuable materials that are worth preserving and referring to as educational activities of the faculty,teaching management and student learning activities.They are indispensable materials for educational activities,school management,teaching and research work and educational supervision and assessment.The paper analyzes the present situations of university archives management and gives some suggestions on how to improve the university file management.
