我院道桥专业就业市场调研与分析

Employment Market Research of Graduates in Road and Bridge Construction Major

大学生就业是关系广大毕业生的切身利益、关系学校生源质量和教学管理、关系学校发展及社会稳定的一项重要工作。本文通过企业问卷调查的方法,获得并分析了我院道桥专业近两年来职业岗位群分布情况、就业市场需求变化情况、能力要求情况、以及课程设置情况等,提出了进一步加强高职院校道桥专业专业建设和毕业生就业工作的意见和建议。

College graduates placement is an important task that is closely related to the benefits of the graduates,to college enrollment quality,teaching management,college development and social stability.Through questionnaires the paper has achieved the data about employment of graduates in Road and Bridge Construction Major of our college in the past two years,changes of employment markets and requirements of graduates’ ability.It has also analyzed the course designs of the major and put forward some suggestions of improving the major construction and graduates placement.
