振兴民族的希望在于教育,教育的希望在于教师。高校教师肩负培养高素质人才提高民族素质的使命。这就需要高校教师转变观念,不断更新知识,提高教学科研水平;同时,加强自身修养,具有良好的职业道德,熟知自身权利与义务。

Expectation to revitalize the Chinese nation lies in education while expectation of education lies in teachers.College teachers shoulder the responsibility of cultivating high- qualified talents.Therefore college teachers must renew ideas and learn new knowledge regularly so as to enhance their abilities of leaching and studying.Meanwhile they must strengthen their own occupational and moral cultivation,know well their own rights and obligations while imparting knowledge to the students and educating them.
