On Defending The Rights And Benefits Of The Vocational Students In Post Practice

在职业教育改革发展过程中,工学结合、顶岗实习是的基础环节和关键任务。高职院校学生顶岗实习中存在一些问题,特别是学生权益缺乏保障。本文从对实习学生身份的界定出发,提出应立法明确政府、企业、学校等各自的责任,保护学生的合法权益得到有效保护,确保顶岗实习工作积极稳妥健康地开展。

In the course of vocational education reform,teaching with working and post practice is foundation work and important task in colleges.During practice there exist such problems as students rights and benefits,needed to be solved immediately.From the definition of the students identity,the paper stresses that laws should be made to define respective responsibilities of the government,colleges and the business to ensure the students’ rights in practice.
