摘要
文章就目前高职院校图书馆档案管理工作中存在的问题及解决的对策做了简要论述。目的是认识到目前的问题,进而增强档案意识,开发利用档案信息资源,提高管理人员业务素质水平做好图书馆档案管理工作。
The problems and solutions to them in file management of Higher Vocational College Library are briefly discussed.The purpose is to recognize the problem,so as to enhance the consciousness of archives management,develop and utilize archives information resources,and improve the service quality of personnel management in libraries.
