社会主义新农村建设是我国现代化进程中的一项重大历史任务,也是一项艰巨复杂的系统工程,它会一直伴随着全面建设小康社会和推进现代化建设的始终。而在新农村建设中,农村基础设施建设又是一个重要任务。本文从目前现状入手,找出存在的问题,针对存在的问题提出了解决问题的对策,有利于促进农村基础设施建设项目的健康发展。

Construction of the socialist new countryside is both a significant task in our country’ s modernization process and a tough,complicated scheme in the whole course of building a well-off society in an all-around way and promoting modernization,while the rural infrastructural construction is an important task for the new countryside construction.In light of the status quo the paper has put some measures to solutions of the problems and to promoting healthy development of rural infrastructure construction.
