摘要
高校如何在教育部文件精神的指导下,有效推进专业教师到企业顶岗实践工作。本文从科学制订和完善教师下企业顶岗实践管理检查制度及搭建"双赢"的校企平台,提高企业的参与度等方面引导教师为企业服务,真正提高教师的双师素质,提高教师队伍整体水平,使培养的学生的实践能力和职业能力得以强化。
The paper expatiates on how to promote the work of college teachers’ post practice in the enterprises with guidance of the documents of the Ministry of Education.By setting up and progressively improving management systems to provide a win-win platform for colleges and enterprises,college teachers will be able to serve the enterprises with their strengths and they can also improve their qualities from post practice and cultivate highly-skilled students.
