从兴山黄粮镇2013年夏秋连旱谈农村水利发展对策

On Rural Water Conservancy Development Strategy in the Case of Continuous Dry Weather

我国是一个水资源在时间和空间上分布不均匀的国家,历年来各地区不同程度的旱灾此起彼伏,很大程度上影响了农村经济的快速发展。从湖北省兴山县黄粮镇2013年夏秋连旱情况看,我国干旱具有一定的共性,为此,我们以湖北省兴山县黄粮镇为典型谈谈全国发展农村水利的主要对策,让水利工程为农村经济的发展保驾护航。

Due to great difference of water resources distribution from time to time in different parts of our country,every year there are many regions suffering serious droughts which affects rural economic development greatly.However there are some common characteristics of droughts in light of the year 2003’s summer and autumn drought in Huangliang Town of Xingshan County,Hubei Province.According to Huangliang’s experiences the paper discusses rural water conservancy strategy so as to produce some countermeasures to guarantee rural economic healthy development.
