On Urban Leisure Culture and Talent Cultivation of Higher Vocational Education

高职学生是人才层次中较为重要的人群,如果这个层次的人群被城市文化忽略,我们的城市失去的将是城市的基础人群,高职学生毕业后,进入企业、工地,是城市蓝图的具体实施者,他们的文化修养直接决定着一个城市最内在的文化底色,如果他们都有较好的文化修养,具有审美眼光,都能在本岗位发挥创造才能,那么,我们的城市就不仅仅只是功能城市,它还充满了活力,是真正的智慧之城和创新之城。

Students in higher vocational colleges are an important group of talent groups. If they are overlooked in urban culture, die city will lose its fundamental group. College students will become workers who virtually describe the city ’s blueprint because they will go into enterprises and building sites after graduation. The cultural quality of the students will influence the city’s cultural background.If they have better education,beauty appreciation ability and creative ability in their work,the city will be not only a functional city,but also full of dynamics to be a real city of wisdom and innovation.
