Whether the organization ability is good or not is up to management level while management level depends on work methods.Decision ability and implementation capacity are the key in management work method.The quality of a PE class is characterized by the coachs decision ability and the students’ implementation.The PE class will be more colorful and joyful only when mass line is followed and scientific assessment is employed.Such a class will make the students not only grasp knowledge and skills but also improve their fitness.
