摘要
顶岗实习是高职人才培养的核心内容,同时顶岗实习的管理也是高职人才培养的难点,本文提出了高职土建类专业学生顶岗实习存在的主要问题,并分析原因,为土建类专业学生顶岗实习的管理提供改进意见和建议。
Post- practice is both the core content of talent cultivation and difficult point in higher vocational colleges.This paper presents main problems in post practice,analyzes the causes and puts forward suggestions for improving the management.
