高职院校创业教育的师资队伍建设浅析

当前大学生的就业问题已经成为社会关注的热点问题。高职院校对学生进行创业教育具有非常重要的意义。创业教育作为高职院校发展史上一种新的教育理念,是教育改革和发展的必然选择。创业教育成功与否,教师是关键。高水平的创业教育师资队伍是推进创业教育向深层次发展的核心所在,是培养高素质创业型人才的根本保障。本文对创业教育师资队伍建设存在的问题及原因进行分析,并对如何完善创业教育进行了探讨。

At present college students employment has become a hot issue of social concern.Carrying out entrepreneurship education for students in higher vocational colleges has very important significance.Entrepreneurship education as a new philosophy in the history of higher vocational education development is an inevitable choice for the reform and development of education.Whether the entrepreneurship education will be successful depends on college teachers.High levels of teaching staff is the key to promote deep development of the education and guarantee for cultivating highly- qualified talents.The paper analyzes problems and causes existing in construction of the teaching staff and discusses how to improve entrepreneurship education.
