基于工作过程的《电气运行》课程教学设计及实施

Teaching Design and Implementation of the Course Electrical Operation Based on Working Process

围绕"电气值班员"岗位能力的要求,基于工作过程及工作任务为导向,《电气运行》课程教学过程在校外实习基地-国电恩施天楼地枕水力发电公司实施,任课老师与生产企业工程师合作完成《电气运行》这门专业核心课程的教学。学生以"见习值班员"身份进行现场实训,在完全真实的职业环境中,把学生的"学"转向在实际岗位中"做",在真实的"跟岗工作"中提高技能,实现了《电气运行》课程内容与"电气值班员"职业标准对接,课程教学与工作岗位的对接。

According to the requirement concerning " electrical attendant" post ability,based on working process and task oriented,the electrical operation teaching process was carried out in school internship base- Enshi CuoDian TianLou Dizhen Hydropower Company by college teachers and the company’s engineers together.The students who joined in the practice as "trainee attendant" experienced completely realistic professional environment in which they combined " learning" with working in the actual post so as to promote their skills and in which connection between the course contents and professional criteria was realized.
