新的经济形势下,产业结构的调整要求高职培养高素质技术技能型人才,建设专业实训教学体系是高职经管类专业课程体系的关键。通过探讨高职经管专业基于'岗证训'的实训课程体系构建,整合资源,打造多个实训平台,构建出以岗位标准和国家职业标准为核心的技能训练实训体系。

Under the new economic situations, the adjustment of industrial structure brings about new requirements for highly-qualified talents with special skills to higher vocational colleges while construction of practical teaching system is the key to satisfy the requirements. The paper discusses how to integrate resources and build multi-platforms to construct training course system s of Economy & Management Specialty based on "Post-certificate Training", namely job standards and national professional certificate.
