石膏模盒是一种预制构件,采用石膏材料制作,填埋于楼板内,与框架梁、密肋梁共同作用,从而形成以密肋形式受力的高性能的密肋复合楼板。是集新技术、新材料为为一身的新技术产物。施工时石膏模盒按纵横两个方向摆放成'蜂窝'状,盒体中间布置密肋梁钢筋,顶面布置板面筋,模盒、钢筋、混凝土一起浇筑成型,使楼板呈现明显的双向受力特征,同时,石膏模盒无需拆除,方便、环保、快捷。

The plaster box is a prefabricated member made from gypsum embedded in floors. It acts with frame beams and ribbed beams forming composite floors with high performance. This is a new kind of technology with new materials. In construction the boxes are arranged in two directions like a honeycomb with ribbed steel beam in the middle, plate glutens on the top surface, and the boxes, steel bars and concrete are placed together to make the floor with the obvious two-way force characteristics. The plaster mold box is of no necessity to dismantle. This kind of construction method is convenient, quick to carry out and favourable to environment-protection.
