Study on College Students Employment in the New Period

就业关乎社会的和谐、稳定与发展,就业质量的高低关系到高职学院能否长期生存和发展。随着高职教育的改革与发展,高职院校毕业生的就业问题日渐突出。本文分析了目前高职院校就业工作中存在的问题,并提出相应解决对策。

Employment relates to social harmony, stability and development, and the quality of college students employment is related to the long-term survival and development of colleges. With the reform and development of higher vocational education, higher vocational college graduates’ employment has become increasingly prominent. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the employment work in Higher Vocational Colleges, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
