中高职衔接现状及归因分析——基于培养目标定位层次性的思考

中高职衔接的实践,对于构建终身教育体系、推进职业教育改革、服务经济社会发展具有重要意义。在我国中高职衔接的实践中,关于培养目标的定位存在层次性不明确不清晰的问题。文章从国家政策对中高职教育培养目标定位的影响、国家职业标准对中高职教育培养目标定位的影响、地区经济产业结构对中高职教育培养目标定位的影响三个方面分析了中高职衔接培养目标定位的影响因素。

The implementation of Middle and Higher Vocational education convergence is significant to construction of lifelong education system, promoting reform of vocational education reform and to economic and social development in China. In course of convergence of vocational practice, positioning of the training objectives of different levels is not clear. The paper analyzes the influencing factors to cultivation goal positioning of different vocational education from the three aspects of national policies, national professional standards and local industrial structures.
