高职院校高学历辅导员队伍建设的问题与对策研究

高职院校的辅导员队伍已基本实现高学历化,然而高学历并不等于高能力,研究高职院校高学历辅导员队伍建设状况具有重要意义。本文以高职院校高学历辅导员作为研究对象,分析存在的主要问题,努力探索高职院校高学历辅导员队伍建设的有效途径。

Almost all college counselors have higher degrees, but higher education degree does not always mean higher qualities.Therefore it is of great significance to study the relationship between high degree and high quality of the counselors.The paper analyzes problems of counselors who have Higher degree and tries to find out an effective way of counselor team construction.
