摘要
观音岩水电站是金沙江中游河段的一座Ⅰ等大(1)型水利工程,该电站左岸混凝土坝段坝基地质条件复杂,溶蚀现象发育,通过固结灌浆生产性试验,经过加密灌浆孔距,使灌浆孔间排距在1.25米左右后,检查孔平均透水率降至1.3 Lu以下,压水检查孔段全部合格。本文重点介绍了循环式灌浆方法Ⅰ序和Ⅱ序灌浆孔施工顺序,确定合理的灌浆施工参数和施工工艺措施,并对物探孔灌浆前后声波检测情况进行了系统分析,可供同类水电站参考和借鉴。
Guanyinyan Hydropower Station is the Yangtze river middle reaches of the river a I big(1) the type of water conservancy projects, such as the complex geological conditions,the left bank power station dam foundation concrete corrosion phenomenon, by consolidation grouting productive test, encrypted grouting hole spacing, the grouting hole between row spacing after 1.25 meters, average inspection hole permeable rate dropped to below 1.3 Lu, pressurized water inspection hole section of all qualified. This paper introduces the circulating grouting method Ⅰ sequence and Ⅱ sequence of grouting hole construction sequence, to determine the reasonable grouting construction parameters and construction technique measures, and the geophysical exploration hole acoustic detection system is analyzed, before and after grouting can be used for reference in the similar hydropower station and using for reference.
