产业升级背景下高职教育专业结构优化的路径

On Optimization of Specialty Structure of Higher Vocational Education under Background of Industrial Upgrading

广东省的高职教育在规模、质量、规格等方面都取得了较大的进步。产业转型和升级对高职教育专业发展产生深远的影响。随着产业结构调整步伐加快,高技能人才遗乏的矛盾也日渐突显。广东省高职教育专业结构还存在诸多问题,据此提出高职教育专业结构优化要适应产业结构,加大对高职院校的支持力度,调整高职院校的专业结构;构建区域高职院校联盟,实现专业教育资源共享。跟踪毕业生调查,及时做好专业或专业方向、课程设置的调整。

Higher Vocational Education in Guangdong has made great progress in college size, quality, and specifications etc.Industrial transformation and upgrading have a profound influence on the development of Higher Vocational education. With the rapid pace of industrial restructuring, the lack of highly-skilled talents has also become more prominent. Many problems concerning structure of higher vocational education in Guangdong still exist. Therefore the paper holds that the optimization of higher vocational education structure should adapt to the industrial structure and that the governments should give more support to higher vocational colleges so that they can adjust their major structure. College alliance should be set up to realize the professional education resources sharing and adjust specialties and specialty majors and courses developed timely.
