The paper holds that the first ideological and political lesson to higher vocational college freshmen should focus on the three topics:adaptation,study and goal.How to adapt to the new learning and living environment,how to treat the study of the university,how to establish confidence and establish a new goal in life are the problems that every freshman of higher vocational college must overcome.How to help the freshmen to take this important step in life is an important mission and responsibility of every ideological and political teacher.
