创新意识与高等职业教育“职业人”培养研究

Innovative Consciousness and Training of “Professional Talent” in Higher Vocational Education

当前的高职院校职业能力培养体系存在着一定的问题,培养的毕业生难以满足市场的条件规范要求。当前的高职院校人才培养方式,未能够从最大程度上开发学生的最大潜能,能力培养目标在教学实践的过程中缺乏必要的支撑条件,导致培养出来的学生不是标准意义上的'职业人'。在基础职业素养培养过程中,以职业人为标准对学生能力进行培养。现行的职业教育信息化建设活动中存在一些具体的问题。通过优化教学方式的展开,切实培养学生实践能力与技能水平相结合的能力。本文从高职院校教学模式的特点展开分析,提出几点有利于提高职业人技能水平的可行性措施。

There are some problems in the current vocational ability training system of higher vocational colleges,and the graduates can hardly meet the requirements of market conditions.The current talent training mode of higher vocational colleges can not develop the maximum potential of students from the greatest degree,and the goal of ability training lacks the necessary supporting conditions in the course of teaching practice,which produces trained students who are not'professional talents'needed in the standard sense.In the process of training the basic professional quality,we should cultivate students’ ability with the professional standards.There are some specific problems in the current vocational education informatization construction activities.By optimizing the teaching method,we should cultivate students’ practical ability and skill level.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of teaching mode in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward some feasible measures to improve the skill level of professional people.
