In view of the whole development situation of modern society,the construction of ecological civilization has gradually become its main development trend and strategic thought to some extent.The construction of ecological civilization plays a very important role in the process of national large-scale planning and construction,which does not only have a certain impact on the resources,but also plays a certain role in the protection of the ecological environment.Water is not only the basis of people’s survival,but also a strategic resource with multi-functional characteristics.The overall development trend of water resources in China in the future can have a direct impact on the effect of ecological civilization construction.Based on this,the paper makes a thorough analysis of the problems existing in water resources management at the present stage.The purpose is to improve ecological civilization by strengthening water resources management.
