高职院校内部质量建设现状、问题及对策分析

Analysis on the Present Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of Internal Quality Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges

人才培养质量是高职院校的核心任务。围绕人才培养质量开展好全方位全过程的质量建设是当前阶段高职院校走内涵式发展道路的重点任务。本人以笔者所在的高职院校实际情况分着手,分析了质量建设的现状,提出了质量建设存在的问题,并结合当前内部质量保证体系诊断与改进工作思路提出了质量建设的对策,为高职院校质量建设提供一定的思路借鉴。

Logistics Management Specialty of Hubei Water Resources Technical College is aimed at training logistics front-line management and operational personnel with rich practical experience.To this end,the college cooperates with Prog company for students’warehousing post training entering the'double11'based e-commerce logistics war.After three years of practice and experience accumulation,a set of'double Eleven'warehouse training mode,which is deeply cooperated by the two sides of the school and enterprise,has been developed.The expected results have been obtained,and both the college and enterprise have been able to win more.
