碳纤维混凝土结构应用前景分析

摘要 碳纤维是含碳量在95%以上的高强度、高模量的新型纤维材料,具有很多的优良性能:强度高,其抗拉强度是钢材的10倍以上;质量轻,其质量比铝还要轻;加工性能好,其外柔内刚,像布一样柔软加工;耐腐蚀,其模拟自然加速老化试验使用年限达30年;热膨胀系数小等优点。由于碳纤维抗拉强度非常高,因此碳纤维可掺入混凝土中或代替钢筋布置在构件需要提高其抗拉强度的部位,从而提高构件的承载能力。 Carbon fiber is a new type of fiber material with high strength and high modulus containing more than 95%carbon,and has such excellent properties as high strength,light weight and good workability.Its tensile strength is more than 10 times that of steel.It has the advantages of light weight,lighter than aluminum.It has good processing performance,flexible outside and rigid inside,soft as cloth.It has corrosion resistance property with 30 years service life of simulated natural accelerated aging test and it has small coefficient of thermal expansion,and so on.Because the tensile strength of carbon fiber is very high,carbon fiber can be mixed into concrete or be arranged instead of steel bar in the part where the tensile strength of the member needs to be improved,so as to improve the bearing capacity of the member.
