促进农村产业融合发展的若干思考

深入推进农村一二三产业融合发展是新时期我国积极应对农村经济新常态的重要战略举措。加快推进农村产业融合有利于农村传统产业结构创新,不断满足人民日益增长的对美好生活的需要,也是推进农业供给侧结构性改革、城乡一体化发展,如期全面建成小康社会的关键。虽然目前农村产业融合状态良好,但农村产业融合还处于低级阶段,面临着融合程度不高,金融支持和生产要素不足,利益联结机制不完善等问题。据此,提出了充分利用农村资源优势,培育多元新型经营主体,发挥农业多功能性,完善产业融合的利益联结机制,加大支持力度激活多种要素等措施,有效推进农村产业融合发展。

To further promote the integration and development of the First,Second and Third industries in the countryside is an important strategic measure for China to actively respond to the New Normal situation of the rural economy in the new era.Accelerating the integration of rural industries is conducive to the innovation of the traditional rural industrial structure,and constantly meet the growing needs of the people for a better life.It is also the key to promote the structural reform of the agricultural supply side and the integration of urban and rural areas,and to build a well-off society in an all-round way.Although the current rural industry has a good state of integration,the integration of rural industry is still at a low level,facing the problems of low integration,insufficient financial support and production factors,and imperfect linkage mechanism.In view of the above,the paper holds that we must make full use of the advantages of rural resources,cultivate a new type of new management body,play the multi-function of agriculture,improve the benefit joint mechanism of industrial integration,increase the support to activate a variety of factors so as to effectively promote the development of rural industrial integration.
