Employment is directly related to higher vocational students,families and social stability.With the rapid development of the market,fierce competition and difficult employment,the contemporary higher vocational students are under heavy psychological pressure.This paper puts forward the methods of adjusting and improving the employment psychological problems of Higher Vocational students so as to promote their perfect personality,guide them to eliminate the bad psychological interference and promote their full employment.
