摘要
从当前企业薪酬激励实践来看,薪酬要素设计不够合理的情况比较普遍,这导致了薪酬激励的作用大受限制。本文在对薪酬要素界定、提炼以及薪酬要素科学设计的意义等内容进行全面探讨的基础之上,通过广泛的调查以及查阅既有研究文献,对当前企业薪酬要素设计方面的常见问题进行了一一归纳,典型的问题主要集中在学历导向、资历导向、业绩导向以及职务导向等四个方面。文章围绕这些问题,提出了能力导向背景下的薪酬要素设计,包括创新能力、专业能力、发展潜力以及工作态度等,希望本文的研究能够给企业科学确定薪酬要素,提升薪酬激励效果提供有益借鉴。
In view of the current enterprise salary incentive practice,the unreasonable design of salary elements is quite common,which leads to the great limitation of the role of salary incentive.On the basis of a comprehensive discussion on the definition,extraction and the significance of scientific design of salary elements and through extensive investigation and consulting to the existing research literature,this paper outlines the common problems in the design of enterprise salary elements.The typical problems mainly focus on four aspects,namely,the academic degree orientation,seniority orientation,performance orientation and post orientation.In view of the problems,the paper puts forward the design of salary elements under the background of abilityoriented,including innovation ability,professional ability,development potential and work attitude,and hopes that the research in this paper can give the enterprise a scientific determination of salary elements so as to improve the effect of salary incentives providing a useful reference.
