高校人才的分类培养和分层教学探索

On Classified Training and Stratified Teaching in Colleges

随着高等教育的大众化发展,传统的高校人才的培养和教学方式逐渐不再适应于当前的高校教学现状。在此情形下,国内外众多的教育教学机构和学者提出了关于人才分类培养和分层教学的理念,但是在实际操作上,仍没有同意的标准。基于此本文主要从我国的高校教学活动的现状入手,分析高校人才分类培养和分层教学的问题,提出造成高校无法有效展开人才分类培养和分层教育的原因机制,最终对症下药,提出有效的解决方案。

With the popularization of higher education,the traditional training and teaching methods no longer adapts to the current situation of teaching in higher vocational colleges.In this case,many educational and teaching institutions and scholars at home and abroad have put forward the ideas of classified training and stratified teaching.But in practice,there is still no unified standard.Based on this this paper analyzes the problems of classified training and stratified teaching and causes led to,and finally puts forward solutions to them.
