摘要
远程教育是随着信息技术的发展在教育领域出现的新的教育模式与方法,远程教学系统的实施、教学软件的开发不能脱离学习理论的指导,只有将信息技术发展的最新成果和远程教育教学理论紧密地结合起来,在科学理论的指导下,在系统开发的必要环节中适当合理地运用技术,才能够开发出高效率与高效益的远程教学产品,也才能够实现远程教学的最终目标。
Distance education is a kind of new methods and modes in the education field along with the development of information technologies.The implement of distance education systems and the newest achievement of information technology and instructional theory together,we can develop products of high efficiency and high benefit and achieve the final education object This text set out from the combination of distance education theory and developing technologies and probe into the problems of instructional theory,teaching modes and key technologies during the developing course of distance education system.
