Importance Analysis of Machining Center Components under Failure Rate Correlation

摘要 为实现加工中心系统部件重要性分析,采用相关故障机理分析与图论相结合建立系统部件故障传递有向图,结合时间相关下系统部件独立故障率与综合故障率模型,建立故障率相关下系统部件间故障相关系数模型,结合部件层级确定其重要性,为机床可靠性提升提供依据。最后结合某型6台国产加工中心运行一年的现场试验数据进行实例计算,以验证该算法可行性。 In order to realize the importance analysis of the parts of the machining center system, the related fault mechanism analysis and graph theory are used to establish the fault transmission directed graph of the system components. Combining the independent failure rate and the comprehensive failure rate model of the system components under the time correlation, the fault correlation coefficient model between the system components under the failure rate is established. According to the level of components, its importance is determined, which provides the basis for improving the reliability of machine tools. Finally, a year’s field test data of 6 domestic manufacturing centers of a certain type is calculated to verify the feasibility of the algorithm.
