刘海波等．时间参数加权的递归正权组合预测方法及其在气候预测中的应用．本文采用方差倒数正权递归组合预测方法，并迭加时间趋势函数，对中国夏季降水４种统计预测模型进行了组合预测试验和研究。

In the paper we design a scheme with time trend function for the synthetic prediction of recurrent positive weights.This method is applied on the research of synthetic prediction for four models of Chinese Summer precipitation,and we get some good results.
