基层开展本科开放教育人才培养模式的设计

Design of Talent Training Model of Developing Undergraduate Open Education At Grass Roots

中央电大决定在少数具备条件的县级电大开展开放教育本科教育。在基层开展本科教育对于构建学习型社会、增强开放教育的生命力和提升系统的竞争力具有十分重要的意义。基层开展本科开放教育要遵循开放性、可行性、可控性、系统性、激励性、透明性等原则,必须对人才培养模式进行创新。本文拟就基层开展本科开放教育的人才培养模式设计进行探讨。

CRTVU made a decision of developing undergraduate open education at a few eligible county TVU branch schools. Developing undergraduate education at grass roots has much significance on building learning society, strengthening the vitality of open education and rivalrousness of TVU system. It should follow the principle of openness, feasibility, restrainability, system, inspiritment and clarity, etc. It must create a new talent training model. This paper discusses the design of talent training model of developing undergraduate open education at grass roots.
