摘要
以新建郑州到焦作的城际铁路扩建工程为例,针对工程中承载力不足的地段,采用水泥注浆方法进行处理。因场地限制,结合本地段为粉质土地基的特点,采用小钻孔机械钻孔,插入钢管。注浆完成后,未拔出的钢管与土体、水泥形成组合体,分析注浆加固机理,提出引用钢管桩的承载力计算方法计算注浆处理后复合地基的承载力。结合室内和现场静载荷试验,利用此计算方法得到的地基承载力和试验结果相近,该计算方法可为本地类似工程提供理论参考。
Based on the newly built Intercity Railroad from Zhengzhou to Jiaozuo,cement grouting is adopt-ed to reinforce the district lacking carrying capacity. Miniature drilling equipment is recommended to insertsteel pipe due to the restriction of site range and geological conditions of silty soil. The steel pipes formwith soil and cements as a whole after grouting. The stabilization mechanism of grouting is analyzed so asto calculate the bearing capacity of composite foundation by the reference of steel pipe pile. Comparing thelaboratory and field experiment results of Static Load Test with the calculation,it shows that the resultsare close. This calculation method can provide a theoretical reference for the local similar projects.
