摘要
现行《碾压式土石坝设计规范》仅适用于坝高低于200 m的坝坡抗滑稳定分析。本文在现行规范的基础上,采用历史经验模型和可靠度分析相结合的方法,针对特高土石坝正常工况和地震工况的安全系数标准展开研究。经论证:特高土石坝正常工况的安全系数标准宜设置在1.60~1.65之间,地震工况安全系数标准宜设置在1.30~1.35之间。结合我国在建或已建的12座特高土石坝,验证了上述安全判据的可行性,本研究成果可为新规范的修订和完善提供参考。
The current design specification for roller earth-rock fill dams is only applicable to the stability analysis of dam with a height of less than 200 m. Based on the current specification,this paper studies thesafety factor standards under the normal and seismic conditions for earth and rockfill dams with superheight by combining historical experience model and reliability analysis. It has been proved that the safetyfactor standard of the super height dams should be set between 1.60 and 1.65 in normal conditions and be?tween 1.30 and 1.35 in seismic conditions. Combined with 12 super height dams under construction or be?ing built in China,the feasibility of the above safety criteria is verified. These safety criteria can provide reference and improvement for the revision of the new specifications.
