摘要
试验通过在奶牛日粮中添加复合酵母培养物,研究其对奶牛泌乳性能的影响。试验选取39头泌乳天数100~160 d、产奶量>25 kg、体况相近的中国荷斯坦奶牛,随机分成2组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加200 g/d的复合酵母培养物,试验期为30 d。结果表明,以对照组为基准,试验组奶牛平均产奶量提高1.50 kg/(头·d),持续力较对照组显著提高6.52%(P<0.05),乳蛋白率提高(P>0.05),尿素氮降低(P>0.05),细胞体细胞含量下降87%(P<0.05),乳房炎得到明显控制。以上结果表明,复合酵母培养物可提高奶牛泌乳持续力,并在适度提高牛奶品质的同时,降低乳中体细胞数量,减少乳房炎的发生。
The experiment was conducted to determine the effect of compound yeast culture on milk production of dairy cow.39 Holstein lactating cows with similar weight,milk yield(>25 kg)and lactation stage(100~160 days in milk)were divided into two groups.The cows in control group were fed with basic diet,and the experimental group was added 200 g/d of compound yeast culture to the basic diet.The experiment lasted for 30 days.The results showed that,compared with control group,average milk yield of dairy cows was increased by1.50 kg/(head·d),the sustainability was increased by 6.52%(P<0.05),milk protein rate was increased(P>0.05),urea nitrogen was decreased(P>0.05),the number of somatic cells was decreased by 87%(P<0.05),and breast inflammation was significantly decreased.The above results showed that the compound yeast culture can increase the lactation persistence and also reduce the occurrence of mastitis with better milk quality.
