摘要
试验以甜菜粕和皮大麦为原料,采用改进方法和国标法分别检测了膳食纤维含量,并对试验结果进行对比。结果表明,用改进后的酶重量法检测饲料原料中膳食纤维含量,其结果的RSD值低于国家标准方法,不同实验员在相同条件下得到的数据基本一致。说明改进后的方法测得的数据重复性好、精密度更高。
The experiment used beet pulp and barley as the materials,and determined the content of dietary fiber by being improved method and national standard method respectively.The results showed that the RSD value of the dietary fiber content by being improved enzyme gravimetric method was lower than that by national standard method.The datum obtained by different experimenters under the same condition were basically consistent.The result indicated that the data obtained by being improved method had better repeatability and higher precision.
